By accessing this website or engaging Summits Digital's services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Summits Digital provides marketing services including the build and management of Facebook lead systems — advertising campaigns, landing pages, lead tracking, and follow-up. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate agreement.

Ad Spend

Advertising spend is billed directly to you by the advertising platform (e.g., Meta) and is separate from our service fees. We recommend a budget for testing, but you control and are responsible for your ad spend.

Payment

The Starter Build is a one-time fee. Ongoing management is billed monthly per the plan you select. Fees are due as set out in your agreement.

No Guarantee of Results

We apply proven methods and best practices, but advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, sales, or revenue.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables created for you are licensed to you per your agreement. Our underlying tools, templates, and methods remain our property.
